New Charter Information

Do you and others have an interest in starting a new Charter of S.O.B.E.R. motorcycle club in your area?

Following is a list of requirements to start a new charter:

1. A minimum of five (5) eligible persons are needed to start a new charter.

2. All interested persons must meet all the requirements set forth in S.O.B.E.R. MC by-laws.
